Whether you want to spend your family holiday in Tyrol, explore Innsbruck as a city tourist, or are in Innsbruck for business reasons – come and stay with us! In our newly and modernly designed house (renovated in 2013), we have set up two comfortable holiday apartments for you. Enjoy the tranquility of a rural atmosphere combined with the central location of Rum.
Only 5 km from the center of Innsbruck, you’ll find numerous sights and cultural events close by – such as the Bergisel ski jump, the historic old town, the view from the Hungerburg, the Summer Dance Festival, or the Early Music Festival.
For sports enthusiasts, the Innsbruck area offers many attractive destinations all year round. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for your hikes, bike tours, skiing days, tobogganing trips, or whatever sport you enjoy. We are happy to advise you on nearby excursion destinations.

How to get here:
- Take the Inntal Motorway (A12) and exit at Hall in Tirol/West
- across the Inn Bridge
- At the roundabout, take the second exit
- At the intersection with the B171 federal road, turn left
- Continue for 3 km to Rum
Appartement
Our two holiday apartments are lovingly furnished with great attention to detail and offer everything you need for a perfect vacation. The 45 m² and 50 m² apartments accommodate 2 to 4 people and feature free Wi-Fi, satellite flat-screen TVs, fully equipped kitchens, and cozy sleeping arrangements. Perfect for couples, families, or friends – you're sure to feel at home in our house.
